Intro

Dear Bloggers,

Everyone has a story.. a dream.. goals… plans for the future.. but for most of us.. we just are were we are because of happen stance … We did not plan this, we don’t really understand how it happen, and the harder we try.. the less we make any improvement to change our own situations! That being said, I want this blog to be more then just something to read. I want to build a community of misfits just trying to find our place in the world. My story has a million turns I didn’t see coming, and I’m willing to bet there’s more to hear out there. Everyone could use a few new friends or at the very least someone to share there day with. So that’s why I’m here.. to let you know your not alone, share some stories, and build friendships in a time where your not even aloud to go outside or see your own family! Bring some kind of closeness to the world.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
